Set in the beautiful Havelock North hills Woodford House offers a very special experience for international students. 

For over one hundred years we have been caring for girls who live away from home.   We have a long tradition of providing a world-class education in a secluded and tranquil environment. 

Small classes, outstanding staff and a caring, nurturing environment mean Woodford House is a place where girls can thrive and grow. 

We have 200 girls boarding at Woodford House in five boarding houses all with modern amenities. Our class sizes are small and particular attention is paid to the needs and strengths of our girls. We consistently place in the TOP 10 of NZ schools for NCEA results.

Excellent facilities include our swimming pool, which is set in a natural amphitheatre, brand new astro-turf tennis courts, two gymnasiums, squash courts, multi-media equipment and 22 acres of beautiful park-like grounds.
