• Is there a need for a cell phone and are there rules for usage?

A cell phone is not necessary but the majority of the girls do have one. Each year level has different rules for their usage. A restricted usage policy is in effect during the school day (except for Year 13 students who can use cell phones at morning tea and lunchtime). It is also recommended that the girls have an 0800 number for calling home - this can be set up through your home phone account.
