Special Character

At Woodford House, we are an interdenominational school closely affiliated to the Anglican Church and under the jurisdiction of the Bishop of Waiapu. Our services are traditionally enriched by Christian principles fostering charity, honesty and tolerance.

In 1928, the Chapel, dedicated to St Francis of Assisi, was officially opened and it remains at the heart of the school. The tranquil building is used extensively for school, memorial and baptism services, as well as weddings.
